Prep the surface:
Remove loose rust, grease, and salt (wire brush and salt remover recommended)
Shake & apply:
Shake the bottle well; pour into a clean container. Apply thinly by brush, working into the rust
Watch it work:
Rust turns purple, then black, in 15–60 minutes. Cold conditions may slow conversion .
Coat when ready:
After at least 2 hours (longer in cold), paint or wax directly. Avoid zinc-rich coatings—they can disrupt surface protection layers
