If you are not completely satisfied with your item purchased at www.rust.co.uk, you can return the unused good(s) to us within thirty (30) days of receipt of item(s) for an exchange or refund. After thirty (30) days no exchange, refund or credit note will be given.

Rustbuster Ltd is not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment, removal or application of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) products.
Shortages and Damage – Please contact Rustbuster 01775 761222 or email sales@rust.co.uk to notify us of any problems with shortages or Carrier damage within two (2) days of receipt. We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to process your claim.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
