Lanolin Rust Proofing
Corrolan is a powerful, sustainable alternative to traditional petroleum-based rust-proofing waxes and oils.
Derived from the natural lanolin in sheep’s wool, Corrolan forms a complex coating of long-chain waxy esters. This creates a highly effective, corrosion-resistant barrier—ideal for protecting your vehicle from rust.
In addition to its eco-friendly credentials, Corrolan forms a translucent amber, self-healing film. This allows for easy visual inspection of components—an approach favoured by manufacturers, mechanics, and MOT testers alike. Unlike thick black underseals, which can hide corrosion, Corrolan keeps everything visible. Note: applying black underseal over rust may now trigger advisory warnings during MOT inspections.
When applying Corrolan over existing coatings, always test a small, inconspicuous area first to check for compatibility.
