It achieves near white metal blast cleanliness (SA 2.5 / NACE No. 2 / SSPC-SP10) at rates up to 1 square metre per hour—all without grit blasting. This makes it a reliable, clean, and efficient solution for spot repairs, weld seam preparation, and pipeline restoration.

The SP-647-BMC is the only hand-held tool capable of delivering a surface roughness of up to 120 μm Rz (4.7 mils), matching the standards of traditional grit blasting systems. Its pneumatic operation ensures powerful, consistent performance, even in harsh industrial settings.
