The patented Bristle Blaster® Double features all of the high performance corrosion and coatings removal power of the Bristle Blaster®, while treating twice the surface area.
The Bristle Blaster® is a powerful ‘blasting without grit‘ technology that simultaneously removes corrosion, coatings and mill scale, while generating an anchor profile.
The Double unit operates with 2 x 23mm belts fitted for a total of 46mm wide surface preparation. It treats approximately 3m² per hour*.
Bristle Blasting® simplifies the surface preparation operation and reduces costs. There’s no need for expensive equipment, media and extensive environmental measures.
The Double is ideal for a number of applications including spot repairs, weld seam preparation and profiling. It’s suitable for use on many substrates including metals, plastics and rubbers. The SE-110-W-BMC Includes,
