Rustbuster intend to ship all orders within 24 hour via economy carriage shipping, this can be next day but could be up to 2 days.
Next day delivery DOES NOT include Saturday or Sunday. Any next day orders placed on a Friday will be received on Monday, as Saturday is not included as a working day.
Rustbuster Standard Economy shipping is £8.50+vat for up to 20kg.
Remote areas/Scottish Highlands and non-UK Mainland areas may be subject to additional charges and a longer delivery time. This is determined by our couriers not Rustbuster.

Product Details
PHOS-KLEEN B RUST REMOVER AND PHOSPHATING SOLUTION
Phos-Kleen B works by phosphating the steel’s surface and passivating any rust spots within the micropores of the steel. It chemically transforms rust into iron phosphate, effectively neutralizing it.
The treatment leaves the surface with a blue-grey colour. After removing any remaining salt (see below), the surface is fully prepared and ready for painting.

- Phos-Kleen B Only: Available in 1 liter or 5 liters.
- Value Packs: These include Phos-Kleen B along with Chlor-X Salt Remover (direct-to-surface formula).
- Full Metal Ready Kits: These comprehensive kits feature 1 liter of Phos-Kleen B, 1 liter of Chlor-X Salt Remover (direct-to-surface formula), 1 liter of SP10 Cleaner/Degreaser, and two coarse Scotch-Brite pads.

| Directions | If necessary, clean and degrease the surface first using Rustbuster SP10 or a similar product.
For the best results, ensure the surface is fully wetted. Contaminants can lead to a patchy reaction. Apply Phos-Kleen B sparingly to surface rust using a brush, spray bottle, or Scotch-Brite pad. Allow the product to work and dry completely. Once applied, the metal will develop a blue-grey color. Let the surface dry thoroughly, ideally overnight. If the dried surface shows a mixture of blue/grey and white, it indicates that Phos-Kleen B hasn’t fully wetted the surface. This discoloration means that the surface still needs additional degreasing. Repeat the cleaning process as needed. |
| Cleaning | Brushes and equipment used can be washed clean in fresh water. However, once used in Phos-Kleen B we would not recommend using these brushes in any other liquid/paint. |
