The Bristle Blaster® Electric SE110 Double delivers powerful and efficient surface preparation by combining all the proven benefits of the original Bristle Blaster®—now with double the productivity. Fitted with two 23 mm belts, this unit covers 46 mm in width and prepares up to 3 m² of surface per hour, making it ideal for larger-scale industrial, marine, or automotive applications.

Rather than relying on traditional grit blasting, this patented technology uses a high-speed rotary bristle system to remove corrosion, coatings, and mill scale, while simultaneously generating an anchor profile. This eliminates the need for abrasive media, recovery systems, or extensive containment—saving time, reducing costs, and minimizing cleanup.

Built for versatility, the SE110 Double works effectively on metal, rubber, and plastic surfaces. It excels in spot repairs, weld seam preparation, and profiling in areas where precision and finish are critical.
