The Bristle Blaster® is the only hand-held tool capable of achieving surface cleanliness equivalent to Sa 2½ – Sa 3 (SSPC SP-10 / NACE No. 2 – SSPC SP-5 / NACE No. 1) and a surface roughness profile of up to 120 μm Rz (4.7 mils). It removes corrosion, mill scale, and coatings effectively.

You can use the Bristle Blaster® for spot repairs and weld seam preparation. It delivers surface cleanliness without the need for complex abrasive blast equipment, handling up to 1 square meter per hour without grit. This makes it ideal for pipeline construction, repair, and inspection.

The Bristle Blaster® is available in two options: you can choose either the bare units or, alternatively, the kits that include ten bristle belts and holders. For greater flexibility, you can choose between purchasing the tool alone or opting for a comprehensive kit that offers additional accessories.
