A preparation solvent for cleaning car panels, underbodies etc. of oil, grease, waxes, flatting residues and finger marks, reducing the risk of silicone contamination before painting. Can also be used for thorough cleaning prior to polishing.
Rustbuster strongly recommends the use of panel wipe in most paint preparation situations where you are applying our EM121 epoxy primer/finisher or Custom 421 epoxy primer. Without using panei wipe, you may run the risk of traces of grease and other contaminents hindering the adhesion of paint to the surface you are coating.
