As an independent applicator of high-performance rust-proofing and sound-deadening materials, we offer top solutions from leading formulations. Since we are not tied to any one supplier, we can perform work to our own specifications or customize it according to your needs. We are happy to discuss both options.

Our advanced equipment injects and sprays heated wax (up to 80°C) at high pressure. We follow an ISO 9001 quality-assured method, and you will receive a Declaration certificate upon completion.

When booking, a £120 deposit secures your 2-day slot in one of our rust-proofing bays. After payment, we will send you a receipt with contact details and a schedule of work. Please sign and return this schedule in the provided stamped envelope.

Upon completion, we will provide a receipt for the full work, a detailed schedule, and a completion certificate for your vehicle file.

The price includes

1. Thorough Underbody Cleaning
We clean the underside using Chlor-X Salt Remover and Traffic Film Remover. The vehicle is steam cleaned while positioned at an angle on the ramps, allowing us to effectively remove road film, grease, dirt and salt contamination.

2. Removal of Undertrays & Arch Guards
We remove undertrays and wheel arch liners where necessary. The extent of removal depends on the age and design of the vehicle. This ensures full access to all areas requiring treatment and allows us to coat properly — not just what’s visible.

3. Controlled Drying Process
The vehicle is dried using a 10hp warm air blast dryer combined with infrared heat. This eliminates trapped moisture before any corrosion treatment or coatings are applied.

4. Mechanical Rust & Coating Removal
We remove loose rust, failing coatings, stone chips and old wax residues using professional mechanical and hand tools, including:

• Needle guns

• MBX Metal Blasters

• Wire brushes

This creates a stable surface for treatment.

5. Rust Treatment
Any surface corrosion is treated with Rustbuster FE-123 molecular rust converter to stabilise and prepare the metal prior to protection.

6. Masking & Protection
The vehicle bodywork is wrapped to protect against overspray. Wheel hubs and braking components are carefully masked to ensure no product interferes with braking performance.

7. Underbody Protection Application
We apply Rustbuster Corrolan Pure to the underside of the vehicle, forming a high-build, protective barrier against moisture and salt.

8. Cavity Wax Injection
We inject Rustbuster Corrolan Active cavity wax into structural cavities, seams and enclosed sections to protect internal areas prone to corrosion.

9. Reassembly
All plastic guards, liners and trays are refitted securely once the treatment process is complete.
