CORROLAN PURE RUSTPROOFING UNDERBODY WAX

Corrolan Pure is a sustainable, lanolin-based underbody wax that delivers long-lasting rust protection while allowing for easy inspection and maintenance. It forms a translucent, amber-coloured, self-healing film that stays flexible in all conditions—grease-like in winter and oil-like in summer.

Made from natural, non-toxic, and biodegradable lanolin, Corrolan Pure underbody wax offers effective, environmentally friendly rust protection. It resists salt spray and moisture—the leading causes of corrosion—by forming a tough barrier that seals out air and water. Unlike traditional coatings, it won’t flake, peel, or crack. Its non-flammable formula also makes it safe to store and transport.

Apply Corrolan Pure to clean, sound surfaces, or over treated areas using Rustbuster FE-123 Rust Converter. For added durability and penetration in seams, threaded parts, or overlaps, use Corrolan Penetrator as a primer before applying the wax.

Always check compatibility when using Corrolan Aerosols, Propellant contains a mixture of Acetone and Xylene.

Product description	Honey coloured lanolin-based underbody wax.
Pack description	Available as a 400ml aerosol, 1ltr Schutz can, or in containers of 5ltr, 25ltr, 60ltr or 200ltr.
Application temperature	Can be applied to steel as low as -5c. The steel must be at least 3 degrees above the current dew point. (See our dew point calculator.)
Application	Apply Corrolan Pure using Rustbuster’s Pro Wax Injection Gun, Elite Rustproofing Gun, Schutz gun, or similar equipment. It’s also available in aerosol form and can be applied with a brush for smaller areas. For easier application, heating Corrolan Pure naturally lowers its viscosity. If needed, you can thin the product with Corrolan Turbo.
Cleaning	Clean up with Corrolan Turbo.
Safety	All Corrolan products are safe and non-hazardous, but we recommend using them in a well-ventilated area. When spraying or brushing in enclosed spaces, it’s best to wear a respirator face mask for added safety. Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye protection.
