RUSTBUSTER’S NORWEGIAN CORROLAN HALF DAY RUST PROOFING SERVICE

Rustbuster Corrolan rust proofing film is a natural product extracted from Lanolin found in sheep's wool. Corrolan is manufactured using a unique blending process combining wool wax and corrosion inhibitors that stop rust on contact. Corrolan penetrates deep into rust layers creating a self-healing barrier that will never chip or crack, making it the perfect maintenance coating for all applications. Corrolan enable new vehicle warranty work to be carried out. Allows for clear inspection of the surface.

The process involves cleaning and injection using state of the art rust proofing equipment,

• Steam clean the undercarriage with a Mossmatic under carriage cleaner
• Clean using Chlor-X Salt remover
• Dry the vehicle using a 10 hp warm air blast drier and Infra red heat.
• Underbody and Cavities primed with Corrolan penetrator.
• Injection of all cavities with Corrolan Active.
• Sills, subframes, door pillars, doors, quarter panels, bonnets and boot/hatch doors all injected.

Under body coated with Corrolan Pure Clear rust proofing.

Prices for this service start at £ 300.00 + Vat and takes approximately 3-4  hours for vehicle up to medium saloon size, all works are carried out at our Spalding premises. Same day turn around with strict am or pm slots 8-12 or 1-5pm

Maintenance;  Return visit every two years for rust proofing top up

Warranty ; A full warranty is available on new vehicles or vehicles up to 3 years old please call to see if your vehicle qualifies. Includes all structural components of your vehicle. With a repair or replace warranty. Requires an annual visit for inspection and top up service for £50 + vat.
