As an independent applicator of high-performance rust-proofing and sound-deadening materials, we can offer you solutions from the world’s very best formulations as we are not tied to any one supplier we can carry out work to our own specification or custom works to your specification, we are happy to discuss both.
Our state-of-the-art application equipment both injects and sprays heated wax ( up to 80c) at extremely high pressure. All work is carried out to an Iso 9001 quality-assured method and you will receive a Declaration certificate at the end of the job.

On booking your vehicle, we will ask for a £60 deposit to cover your 2-day slot in one of our rust-proofing bays.
On payment of the deposit we will send you your receipt that contains contact details and your schedule of work, you will need to return this signed and returned in the stamped addressed envelope.
On completion of the works you will receive a receipt for the full works, you will receive your schedule of works and a completion certificate for your vehicle file.
The price includes

- Cleaning the underside with Chlor-X salt remover and Traffic Film Remover
- Removal of under trays and arch guards.
- Dry the vehicle using a 10 hp warm air blast drier and Infrared heat.
- Removal of loose and failing rust, stone chip, old waxes or coatings.
- Application of Rustbuster Fe-123 rust converter to surface rust
- Application of Rustbuster Corrolan Pure to the underside of the vehicle
- Application of Rustbuster Corrolan Active cavity wax.
- Replacing plastic guards and trays.
